Your Homework for Week 2

  • Log your meals for at least 2 days, 7 days is preferred. Write down everything you eat and drink, either in a journal or using the provided meal tracker.

  • Focus on macro balance. As you review your meals, check to see if you’re including protein, carbs, fats, and fiber in each one.

  • Reflect on how you feel. Pay attention to your energy levels, hunger, and overall satisfaction after meals. Are balanced meals helping you feel more energized and less snacky?

This isn’t about judgment or perfection—it’s about learning what works best for you. Use this as a tool to gain insight into your habits and make small, meaningful adjustments that support your goals. You’re doing incredible work by showing up and applying these strategies. Keep experimenting, stay positive, and trust that every step you take is a step closer to building a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food.
