Seriously though l’ve always hated wearing jeans and since the whole yoga pants and leggings trend started so many years ago, l’ve almost completely quit wearing them and then I discovered these.

They are loose and comfy, yet fitted in all the right places. You can get them a little distressed too, and I love that.

Plus, there’s room for muscular legs, and they will still fit your waist.

•One single serve @libbysvegetables corn cup (113g) drained
•14g crumbled feta or Cotija cheese
•Everything but the Elote seasoning @traderjoes (can buy this on Amazon also) season to your liking
•Chopped cilantro
•Squeeze of lime

INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and corn together.
2. Next add “Everything but the Elote” seasoning, and crumbled feta cheese.
3. if you wanted to taste a little more authentic and you take the time roast the corn in a skillet until lightly brown
4. Garnish with chopped cilantro and squeeze a lime
5. Serve with baby bell peppers or other sliced veggies like cucumbers or bell I also like to have a few tortilla chips.
